Privacy Policy
How Garden AI handles photos, app activity, purchases and information collected through our services.
Effective September 19, 2026At a glance. You can use Garden AI without creating a user account. Photos you submit for AI features are sent for processing; designs saved in the app are kept on your device. Our app also includes third-party analytics, advertising and subscription services, as described below.
1. About this policy
This policy applies to the Garden AI iOS application and our website. For privacy questions, requests, or concerns, contact devnavadiya25@gmail.com. Please do not email private photographs or payment details unless necessary to explain your request.
2. Photos, prompts and AI processing
When you choose to generate a garden design, identify a plant, match a style, modify an image, or create a report, the photo you choose or capture and the relevant instructions, reference photos, masks or design preferences are transmitted over the internet to our Cloudflare-based service and then to our AI processing provider, OpenAI, to complete your request. Merely selecting a photo does not itself run an AI request. We do not intentionally retain uploaded photo bodies in our Worker after the request completes. Our infrastructure and AI provider may process and retain request data under their applicable service policies.
Camera permission is used to capture a new photo when you choose that feature. Photo selection uses Apple's photo picker; saving a finished result to Photos uses the relevant device permission. You can adjust access in iOS Settings.
3. App usage, device information and advertising
To operate and improve the app, services used by Garden AI may process app interaction events, installation identifiers, device and operating-system information, approximate location derived from network information, IP address, and ad-related identifiers where available and permitted. We use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Remote Config for app measurement and configuration, Google AdMob for in-app advertising, and may use Meta and TikTok business measurement tools if enabled in the app's remote configuration. Advertising providers may use information to measure ad performance, limit repeated ads and, where permitted, deliver relevant ads. Availability and data practices depend on your device settings, region, consent decisions and the specific SDK settings in use.
When applicable, Garden AI requests permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. You can change tracking permission in iOS Settings. Declining tracking permission does not necessarily disable all ads or all operational analytics; the applicable providers may still process information permitted by law and platform rules.
4. Subscriptions and purchases
Purchases and renewal billing are handled by Apple. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status, offerings and purchase restoration. Apple and RevenueCat may process purchase records, product identifiers and service-related identifiers. Garden AI does not receive your full payment-card number.
5. Data stored on your device
Saved designs and reports are stored locally on your device. You can delete saved items in Garden AI, and removing the app can delete app data stored locally. If you choose to export or share a result, the destination you choose handles the copy you share.
6. Security, usage limits and retention
For reliability and abuse prevention, our service may temporarily store hashed installation or network identifiers and duplicate-request markers for rate or spending controls. These records expire according to the service's retention rules. We use HTTPS for communication with our online services, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Third-party providers may have their own logging and retention periods.
7. Website data
Our public website is hosted on Firebase Hosting. Standard hosting infrastructure may process request metadata, such as IP address, browser details, and the URLs requested, for delivery, security and operation. The website does not embed a Google AdMob advertising SDK or intentionally set an advertising cookie. Clicking an external link or opening your mail application is governed by the relevant service's practices.
8. Your choices and requests
You can stop using AI tools, delete designs saved inside the app, revoke Camera or Photos permissions, update app tracking settings, and manage subscriptions from your Apple Account. For questions about information processed by our services or to request deletion where applicable, email devnavadiya25@gmail.com with “Garden AI Data Request” in the subject. We may need enough information to locate your records without requesting unnecessary sensitive data. Some information may remain with providers or where retention is required or permitted by law.
9. Children
Garden AI is not designed to collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can review the request.
10. Changes
We may update this notice as features and service providers change. Material updates will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
