1. Acceptance and eligibility

By accessing or using Garden AI, you agree to these terms and applicable laws. If you disagree, do not use the service. You must be legally permitted to enter into an agreement or use the app with the involvement of a parent or guardian where required.

2. What Garden AI provides

Garden AI offers photo-based garden and outdoor redesign concepts, plant identification assistance, style inspiration, edits and related AI features. Features, results and availability may vary by device, region, subscription or service conditions. We may change features to improve operation or meet legal and platform requirements.

3. Photos and acceptable use

You are responsible for having permission to upload and process photos and other materials you submit. You must not use the app for unlawful activity, to infringe others' rights, to abuse the service, or to attempt to bypass access, billing, or usage restrictions. You retain your rights in content you submit; you give us and our service providers the limited permission needed to transmit and process it to provide your requested feature.

4. AI output and practical safety

AI-generated designs, species suggestions, product ideas, cost estimates and reports can be incorrect or unsuitable for your property and local conditions. Verify plant toxicity, edibility, climate compatibility, drainage, grading, structures, electrical work, pools, permits and other safety requirements with qualified local professionals before acting on a result. Do not rely on AI plant identification for medical, food or pet-safety decisions.

5. Subscriptions, trials and cancellation

Some features require an in-app subscription. Available plans, prices, trial eligibility, billing periods and renewal terms are shown by the Apple App Store before purchase; offers may vary. Subscriptions can renew automatically unless canceled according to Apple's applicable cancellation deadline. You can manage or cancel through your Apple Account's Subscriptions settings. Removing the app does not automatically cancel a subscription. Use Restore Purchases in the app with the Apple Account that originally subscribed. Billing, refunds and purchase disputes are handled under Apple's applicable terms and policies. AI requests may remain subject to fair-use, technical and abuse-prevention limits even with an active subscription.

6. Availability and service limits

AI features require an internet connection and depend on third-party infrastructure. We may apply reasonable request limits, stop abusive activity, or suspend features during maintenance, incidents or provider outages. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or a particular output from any request.

7. Intellectual property

The app interface, branding and software are protected by applicable laws. These terms do not transfer our rights in them to you. Your use of generated outputs remains subject to applicable law and any rights held by third parties; we do not promise that a generated output is unique or free of third-party rights.

9. Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis without a guarantee that results will meet your needs. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. You are responsible for verifying the suitability of any real-world modifications undertaken using the app's suggestions.
