Open Garden AI, choose or capture a clear photo of your outdoor space, select a garden style, and follow the on-screen steps to generate a design. A stable internet connection is required for AI processing.

Check your connection and try a clear, well-lit outdoor photo. Very large, unsupported or damaged images may fail. If the app displays a usage or subscription limit, check your current plan in Settings. If the issue continues, contact support with your iPhone model, iOS version and the error shown.

In the app, open Settings and tap Restore Purchases while signed in to the Apple Account used for your original purchase. If the subscription still does not appear, confirm its status in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions and contact us with the problem details. Never send your Apple Account password.

On iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Garden AI and choose Cancel Subscription if available. Deleting Garden AI will not cancel an active subscription. For refunds or billing disputes, use Apple's Report a Problem website.

Open the Saved tab to access designs kept on your device. You can reopen or delete saved designs there. Designs may not be recoverable if the app has been removed or local data deleted.

Choose a close, well-lit photo with visible leaves or flowers. AI-based identification is only a suggestion and may be wrong. Do not use it to determine whether a plant is safe to eat or safe around children or pets.

Camera access allows you to take an outdoor photo. The Apple photo picker lets you choose an existing photo, and saving a result may request permission to add it to your library. You can adjust permissions in iOS Settings → Garden AI.

Read our Privacy Policy and email us with “Garden AI Data Request” in the subject. You can also remove saved designs in the app, and review tracking and camera permissions in iOS Settings.
